How does ordering work for custom pieces?

Whitney Alyssa’s custom pieces are perfect for you if:
You have an idea for an accessory and can’t seem to find it anywhere.
Or, you want to incorporate a special element to your accessory.

Begin by emailing Whitney Alyssa with your concept, including any images that inspire the creative vision for what you want. Include your desired color(s), the approximate size you are thinking, and any flowers on the site that you could reference. (ie: “I like the shape of the petal on product # ____ or the color of product # ____)

Whitney Alyssa will then correspond with you to ensure there is a clear vision of what you want. An invoice will then be sent to your email along with a “custom items contract.” Both a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required prior to creation. For individual items allow 2-3 weeks to receive your accessory, for larger orders and bouquets allow 6-8 weeks. Again, a rush order is available for an addition charge.

If you would like colors matched, I always encourage fabric swatches.

Whitney Alyssa can also incorporate personal items into your custom piece (ie: your grandmother’s broach or mom’s old costume earrings).
